1. China
The report mentions four countries in particular – China, Russia, Iran and North Korea – but none of them pose a major threat. compared to chinaaccording to the report.

2. Russia

3. Immigration
The report notes that many countries are being torn apart by domestic unrest, government corruption and economic discontent, which fuel cycles of rebellion and violence.
