Sean “Diddy” Combs, the famous music mogul, has been the subject of gossip for years because of his notorious parties. However, following his arrest on September 16, authorities revealed disturbing details about his alleged “eccentricities” – sex parties that lasted for days fueled by drugs and alcohol.
The indictment accuses Diddy of forcing male and female sex workers to engage in acts that he recorded while subjecting the victims to physical, emotional and verbal abuse. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges sex traffickingRacketeering, and prostitution.
Ironically, in a 1999 interview with ‘Entertainment Tonight’, Diddy predicted that his wild parties could lead to trouble, saying, “They’re probably going to arrest me, all kinds of crazy. Doing things just because we want a good time.” It is unclear how much Hollywood insiders knew about the darker side of Diddy’s “eccentricity.”

Ashton Kutcher and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs struck up an unlikely friendship while working for MTV in the early 2000s.
The former ‘Punk’d’ host reminisced about his time on ‘Hot Ones’ during a 2019 appearance. She said their ‘weird’ relationship started when Diddy told her he couldn’t make any kind of jokes.
When asked to share a memorable Diddy party story, he said that Diddy’s parties started a strange trip down memory lane, but declined to provide further details.

During an interview, after Combs arrived late to a taping, DeGeneres jokingly asked if he planned to be late to an upcoming party she was hosting.
“Yeah, I am — no,” the “Act Bad” rapper admitted. “You know I’ll be arriving quite late.”
However, DeGeneres urged Combs not to arrive “too late,” adding, “Because, you know, once you get there the party really starts.”

50 Cent has been one of Combs’s biggest critics even before news of his alleged misconduct became public.
50 Cent has always been vocal about his discomfort with Diddy’s parties. In a 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, 50 Cent explained how he distanced himself from Diddy’s social life, recalling an awkward moment when Diddy invited him shopping.
He described the shopping experience as “the weirdest experience in the world” and said he was not comfortable with Diddy’s “weird energy”.
Although they collaborated early in their careers, 50 Cent said that their relationship was strictly professional.
He also said that other celebrities may be silent about Diddy’s actions because “they don’t know what’s on the tape or what’s not on the tape.”
In January 2024, comedian Katt Williams predicted Diddy’s downfall after Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a rape and abuse lawsuit against him.
On the “Club Shay Shay” podcast, Williams revealed that he had repeatedly declined invitations to Diddy’s parties, even turning down $50 million to protect his integrity.
Diddy’s longtime friend Ray J said that he had been to some of Diddy’s parties and found the allegations against him surprising, as he had never seen anything like it.
Similarly, Kendra Wilkinson, who attended Diddy’s parties in her youth, shared in a 2024 interview that although the parties were not family-friendly, she never saw anything inappropriate or harmful.
He acknowledged that others may have had different experiences but said, “Nothing bad ever happened to me.”
“Sex is sex, in my opinion,” he said.
