Methodology
i3RC has developed a comprehensive nominee assessment form and analytical framework to evaluate candidates for the ET Young Industry Leaders and ET Young Achievers Awards 2024 in New Delhi. The assessment focuses on three main areas:
- General profile and background
- Action and Innovation
- Contribution to industry and society
To ensure fairness, nominees were evaluated through tools such as social media scans and feedback from colleagues, clients or the public. Data from these sources were analyzed to determine eligibility and suitability for the award.
Evaluation Framework:
- Nomination Form: Nominees provide their basic profile and details about their work or business.
- Feedback Evaluation: A random survey collects responses from a sample of 250 individuals using a 10-point scale to evaluate nominees.
This multi-stage process ensures fair and thorough assessment of all candidates.
