Sean “Diddy” Combs’ According to a Texas-based attorney representing more than 100 accusers, famous friends are reportedly settling with victims out of court to ensure they are not named in impending lawsuits.
Tony Buzbee claimed that plans are in the works to prosecute several celebrities who allegedly helped the musician cover up sexual abuse at his parties.
“If you were attending one of these parties, if you will, and you had attended one before, or you knew what was going to happen – that is, you knew that a particular drug was in the drink. was being used to cause people to be coerced and taken advantage of – and you were there in the room, or you participated, or you saw it happen and said nothing, or you helped cover it up. That, in my opinion, you have a problem,” Buzbee said during an appearance on tmz stay.

Buzbee plans to take legal action against a handful of A-list celebrities on behalf of his clients, though the lawyer did not specify who. He claimed that some celebrities have already settled down.
“In each case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then because it’s in the best interest of the victim “We try to resolve these cases without filing a public lawsuit, and we’ve already done that,” Buzbee explained.
“We have done this with a handful of individuals, many of whom you may have heard of before, and we will continue to do so.”

Lawyer announces filing Class-action suit against Combs On 1 October. He is representing 120 victims, some of whom were minors at the time of the alleged sexual abuse. The youngest accuser was 9 years old, along with the second alleged accuser who was 15 years old.
Buzbee claimed that the alleged abuse began as early as 1991, and similar incidents are reported to have occurred in 2024. The victims, who span states across the country including California, Florida, Georgia and New York, came forward after federal prosecutors indicted Combs.
“When we talk about the ages of the victims when this conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” Buzbee said during the press conference. “The youngest victim was 9 years old at the time of the incident. We have one who was 14 years old. We have one who was 15 years old. Twenty-five of the 120 individuals plaintiffs in these cases were minors at the time of the acts. “A complaint has been made.”

Combs’ legal team denied the allegations in a statement to Fox News Digital.
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, it cannot address every baseless allegation that has become a reckless media circus,” said Erica Wolfe, Combs’ attorney. “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and unequivocally denies any claims that he sexually abused anyone, including minors, as false and outrageous. He is eager to prove his innocence in a court of law and vindicate himself where the truth lies.” “Shall be established on the basis of evidence, not conjecture.”

Combs was arrested on September 16 and later charged with sex trafficking crimes. He remains behind bars even after both his attempts to be released on bail were rejected.
Authorities charged Combs Ran a criminal enterprise through other businesses, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. According to the anonymous indictment obtained by Fox News Digital, he used “firearms, threats of violence, coercion, and verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse” to satisfy his sexual desires.
Combs and his staff would often intimidate, threaten, and lure female victims into Combs’ orbit under the pretense of a romantic relationship. Combs allegedly used force, threats of force, and coercion to coerce the victims into engaging in prolonged sexual acts. Male commercial sex workers whom Combs refers to as, among other things, ‘freak offs’.”
