Buzbee is representing 120 victims, some of whom were minors at the time of the alleged sexual abuse. The youngest accuser was 9 years old, along with the second alleged accuser who was 15 years old.

Buzbee claimed that the alleged abuse began as early as 1991, and similar incidents are reported to have occurred in 2024. The victims, who span states across the country including California, Florida, Georgia and New York, came forward after federal prosecutors indicted Combs.

Combs’ legal team denied the allegations made by Buzbee in a statement to Fox News Digital.

Combs’ attorney Erica Wolfe said, “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, it cannot address every baseless allegation that has become a reckless media circus.” “That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and unequivocally denies as false and outrageous any claims that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.
