Alex and Hilaria Baldwin celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary on Sunday with little fanfare. Emmy Award-winning actor A trial on the involuntary manslaughter charge is set to begin next week.

Baldwin, 66, shared several photos from their wedding day on social media, and this included a recent selfie of the couple.

“Although I fell in love the moment I met you, marrying you was like a dream,” he wrote. “The good and the bad. The ups and downs. 7 kids. (Also Ireland, Andre and Holland.) Four dogs. Four cats.”

He added, “Despite some tough times for me, I wouldn’t change any of it. Happy anniversary. You are a gift to me.”

While a look at life inside Baldwin’s home won’t premiere for another year, it remains to be seen if cameras will be rolling when the award-winning actor goes on trial for involuntary manslaughter in the fatal shooting of “Rust” cinematographer Helena Hutchins next month in 2021.

According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Judge Mary Marlo Sommers rejected another attempt by the “30 Rock” actor to be thrown out of the charges, which could have seen him face a maximum of 18 months in prison.

Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter. Death of Helena Hutchins. The cinematographer died on October 21, 2021, due to a gunshot wound on the set of the movie “Rust”.

His lawyers sought an order dismissing the indictment with prejudice in an expedited motion for relief. They argued that the state violated discovery obligations by not promptly disclosing “critical evidence” considered favorable to Baldwin’s defense that “fundamentally alters the way Baldwin prepares for trial.”

During the June 21 hearing, Judge Sommer also ruled that the state cannot compel “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed to testify in Baldwin’s upcoming trial. However, Gutierrez Reed’s testimony at her nearly two-week-long hearing will be used in the prosecution’s case against the actor.

Gutierrez Reed was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in March after a jury found that “Rust” Armorer was responsible for the gun that fired a live bullet on the set of the Western film that killed Hutchins. She was sentenced to the maximum of 18 years and is currently appealing her conviction.

Gutierrez Reed was also found not guilty tampering with evidence, The charge was leveled against him in 2023 after investigators accused him of selling a bag of cocaine on the day of the fatal shooting.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin July 9, and the trial is expected to last until July 19. If convicted, Baldwin could face up to 18 months in prison.
