Our Recent Southern Border Trip Eagle Pass, TexasIt was shocking. We saw that people were strolling comfortably on our open border. We saw a humanitarian crisis. We saw the breakdown of law and order. And to top it all, we saw our country attacked.
We also met with local officials who told us in 2019 that the border was secure and none of these issues existed. They also told us that things could soon be that way again if they got the cooperation and support of the federal government, which has been denied so far.
Most people may not realize it, but America is actually at war, not with Russia, China, or Hamas, but with the attacks on our southern border. This attack is even more dangerous because it is being aided and abetted by the Biden administration and financed by some of the world’s largest and most well-funded NGOs, all of which are working against the American people and their best interests . The sad thing is that the security of our country is not a matter of concern for us. President BidenBecause he wants to import anyone from anywhere in the world, without any investigation or screening.

The self-praising leftist so-called intellectuals like to flaunt a new concept called “regular migration” which, in practice, is just a UN buzzword for open borders. It is no secret that this is what the international left wants and with the help of the Biden administration, open borders are exactly what they are getting.

Instead, the Biden administration is appealing to its donors and NGO elites under a strategy of appeasement that seems straight out of Neville Chamberlain’s book during the run-up to World War II.
They sit idly by, doing nothing to help secure the border—and when states like Texas step up and try to secure the border themselves, the Biden administration actively fights them! Take the latest court ruling On SB 4, which is the law that allows state authorities to arrest and prosecute people suspected of crossing the US-Mexico border illegally. Inexplicably, the Biden administration fought tooth and nail to stop this in court, which is a complete abdication of the executive branch’s duty to enforce federal law.
Even some on the inside are sounding the alarm bells. For example, Biden’s own FBI director, christopher raycontinues to warn Congress about dangerous individuals crossing our border. In a recent testimony, Ray said, “We are seeing a wide range of very dangerous threats emanating from the border,” and Ray specifically pointed to drug trafficking. He also shared his concern about the possibility of an imminent terrorist attack on American soil, given the lack of screening mechanisms for new entrants.

Even a group of 15 (and growing) House Democrats have started a petition urging the administration to take action to secure the border, but the Biden administration has ignored their warnings.
Conservatives know that we shouldn’t rely on Washington to solve our problems, even if that is their job. Instead, we, the American people, are the last hope for any action, and the only way we can make progress is through sustained public support. Strong and secure border,
Public polling data also shows that border security is a top issue on the minds of most voters, and the illegal immigration crisis is one of the biggest problems facing our country.

In addition, about one-third of Americans think that closing the southern border is the best way to stop illegal immigration. A recent poll also shows that voters’ concerns about the border have only increased over the past year, with 30% now saying it’s a bigger problem than inflation, crime, and unemployment. Last spring, only 18% of respondents felt that way. Americans on both sides of the political spectrum are also open to support Aliens living illegally in our country are being deported en masse, and more than half the country now supports this policy, including 42 percent of Democrats.
As the border crisis continues to worsen, Americans must continue to support candidates who pledge to secure the border and prevent bloodshed. With a strong coalition of border-security advocates in the House, Senate, and White House in November, America can begin to reverse the destructive policies that have fueled the crisis on our southern border and secure our country from the threats posed by illegal immigration.
