So, Senator J.D. Vance and Congressman Michael Cloud have introduced a bill to eliminate diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in the federal government. Hmm.
Twenty other Republican lawmakers have already signed it, calling it the ‘US Constitution Amendment Bill’. The act to dismantle the D.E.I..And what will it do. It will eliminate DEI training, it will repeal Biden’s DEI executive order, but don’t worry, we won’t ask Joe to pronounce DEI. It will require two speech therapists, and we will still have to tell him D and E.
Vance said the bill would also outlaw mandatory DEI pledges for employees and bar federal contracts with companies that use DEI: “The DEI agenda is a destructive ideology that stokes hate across racial divides… Americans’ tax dollars should not be co-opted to spread this radical and divisive ideology — (and) this bill will ensure that doesn’t happen.”

Great. So now defining DEI is like saying the N-word. They’re almost right, but for the wrong reason. In that DEI, focusing on skin color casts doubt on the quality of minority employees. It’s racist. Yet Biden doubled down on DEI Juneteenth Speech. ouch.

What? What? Really? I don’t know. But trying to figure it out is like trying to separate twins when all you want to do is fuck the hot chick.
It’s good to be rid of DEI Because equality means equal results regardless of achievement, merit, or effort. Suppose an orchestra has a disproportionate number of black clarinet players. Equality demands that we give one of their spots to a less talented Asian. It’s as simple as Brian Kilmeade. But race frauds assume that because equality sounds like equality, you think it’s the same. But that’s like saying a bomb and a balm are the same. One can kill you, but the other can heal the rash you got from Larry Kudlow’s hot tub. Equality avenges things that never happened to you by punishing people who never did anything to you.
DEI does not bring Americans together. It divides us. It aims to divide us. It creates less qualified pilots, turns hardcore plagiarists into university presidents, and worse, it ruins Star Wars.
Now, when it started, people didn’t have much of a problem with DEI, but then it affected things that mattered: job prospects, investment outcomes, your health and safety. Yet it continued. And why? Given the choice bureaucrats have, taking advantage of their survival instincts, do I focus on the long-term goals of increasing the company’s profitability or do I do what gets me the job and a faster promotion in the short term? You see how it works. If I hire unqualified people, I’m safe. If I try to follow the real parameters of success, I’m not safe.
It’s no surprise that DEI consultants were the biggest beneficiaries of DEI. Their intended job was to exacerbate the problems they created. It’s like tasking John Kerry with getting rid of dead wood. This is how you get things like: Being good at math is racist, and if you question that you’re racist, I’ll ask for more money. But DEI is really a math question.
Let’s say you’re at a restaurant that has a full menu, but customers are told they can only eat salads, or else they’ll lose their jobs. But after the first line of people at the buffet arrive, what’s left is very little. Meanwhile, all the other delicious food goes untouched. It’s the same with hiring. Make the pool of applicants smaller. You have fewer options when the number is smaller. And others who may be more qualified don’t get hired. This is DEI. And yet they tried to force us to accept institutional racism in the name of eliminating institutional racism. And our taxes funded it. Well, not Hunter Biden. That’s another reason I admire the guy.
So, we are literally paying money out of our own pockets for racial discrimination. It’s like I’m paying someone to put out a cigarette and man, that’s so expensive. A pack of cigarettes is $12. So congratulations to Vance and Cloud for doing something about this nonsense. Although this bill should be called the End Taxpayer Funded Racism Act or ETPFRA, which sounds like something Joe Biden would say.
