A former model and Jeffrey Epstein According to a new lawsuit filed in federal court in New York, prosecutors are now alleging that prominent psychiatrist Henry Jarecki was a friend of the disgraced financier who raped her instead of treating her complaints of depression.

Jarecki, 91, in addition to his medical background, is a longtime professor at Yale University, author, co-founder of Moviefone and billionaire metals trader.

The woman came to the U.S. in 2010 to work as a model and quickly fell into Epstein’s trap. He sent her to Jarecki for a mental health checkup and told the young woman that his wealthy friend was “the best doctor in New York City.”

According to court documents, the encounter led to years of modern-day sexual slavery.

“During this first consultation, Jarecki told Jane Doe 11 that he had something that could make her happy instantly,” the lawsuit reads. “However, instead of giving her medication, Jarecki presented her with an expensive wristwatch.”

He then allegedly drove her to his home in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood and “forcefully raped her against her will” in a bedroom, the suit claims.

The woman, identified in court documents as Jane Doe 11, alleged the doctor was “agitated by (her) emotional distress.”

According to the lawsuit, he began to exert more and more control over her life, eventually moving her into one of his apartments where she could be monitored 24 hours a day.

Jarecki had learned everything about Jane Doe 11, including her financial and immigration status, and he used this information to subjugate and control her, forcing her to become his modern-day sex slave.

“Jarecky learned everything he could about Jane Doe 11, including her financial and immigration status, and used this information to control and manipulate her, forcing her to become his modern-day sex slave,” the lawsuit states.

He allegedly gave her access to a landline phone and told her she would be “punished” if she didn’t pick up when it rang. He would call her if her lights were on after 10 p.m.

According to the lawsuit, he told her the $5,700-a-month rent would be covered by sexual acts, “which was a deal Jane Doe 11 never agreed to and which was a deal made unilaterally by Jarecki as a means of sex-trafficking her.”

According to the lawsuit, Doe been raped “dozens” of times She was also trafficked to a private island in the Caribbean for further abuse in New York City. On some occasions, she was forced to have sex with other men.

At another point, the lawsuit claims Jarecki told Doe, in front of his wife, that he “must initiate a threesome with her and another young woman.”

To go through the legal immigration process, Doe had to continue working to meet her visa requirements and pay her lawyers — but Jarecki allegedly ordered her to turn down jobs.

When she failed to meet his demands, he allegedly threatened to cancel her visa, send her back to Epstein, and end her career.

Jarecki’s attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

In a statement to Reuters he denied Doe’s claims.

“The allegations will be proven to be completely false and baseless,” the chief said. Manhattan Lawyer “Dr. Jarecki has never behaved in any disrespectful manner toward the complainant or any other individual,” Sarita Kedia told the outlet.

Epstein died in a federal prison cell in 2019 while on trial on sex-trafficking charges. Investigators ruled his death a suicide, but the facility where he was found dead was found to have serious flaws.
