One of the most widely celebrated festivals in Hinduism Navratri Starting from today i.e. 3rd October 2024. Navratri is made up of two words – Nava means nine, and Ratri means nights. And hence, Navratri is the celebration of nine forms of Maa Durga. During these nine auspicious days, Hindu devotees fast, meditate and pray goddess durga And take their blessings for the fulfillment of your wishes. This year, Navratri will start from October 3 and will continue till October 12, 2024. According to Hindu mythology, it is believed that after fighting the demon Mahishasura for nine days, Maa Durga Ultimately killed him on the tenth day.
