The 13-year-old girl’s father told the outlet that he’s “going through hell.” since the attack.
“This has turned my world upside down, and the healing process has yet to begin… My mind is filled with anger right now,” he said.
When asked how his young daughter was doing after the brazen attack, he said: “You can’t even imagine. So let’s leave it at that.”

The suspect is Christian Giovanni Inga-Landi, a 25-year-old illegal immigrant. from EcuadorAllegedly, a man caught the girl and the 13-year-old boy accompanying her, tied them both together and raped the girl.

The rape incident happened in broad daylight at Kissena Park. Queens, New York, Thursday, June 13 at 3:30 p.m.
Police used surveillance footage from the park to identify Inga-Landi, and the good people quickly identified and captured the suspect.

The father praised a group of neighbors who recognized the suspect from a wanted poster, and about 10 people who held him down until police arrived to arrest him.
“If that was somebody else’s kid I would do the same thing … I would definitely do it. Without hesitation,” he said. “You don’t need someone who’s going around, driving around, riding around, looking for places where he can become a predator.”
The father “thanked God” that he was not the person who saw the adult who “abused” his young daughter.
“Especially when your child has been brutally abused, my instinct is … thank God I didn’t see this person,” the father said.

Representative Andrew R. GarbarinoR-NY, told Fox News Digital that the “safety of American citizens” must be the Biden administration’s “top priority.”
“Our open borders allow violent criminals to enter our communities and Americans suffer the consequences,” he said. “I am saddened by what happened to this poor girl, and unfortunately, she is not the first girl to fall victim to a predator in the form of a criminal immigrant who should have been deported before he even entered this country.”
“No one should have to endure the pain that he and his family are experiencing right now,” Garbarino said. “The safety of American citizens must be our top priority, and that means securing our border, expelling illegal immigrants, and empowering law enforcement to crack down on violent crime.”

Police in Houston arrested two illegal immigrants from Venezuela who are accused of strangling a 12-year-old local girl and dumping her body in a drain.
Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, have been charged with murder in the death of Joselyn Nungaray, city police said Thursday.
Both suspects crossed the border illegally through El Paso Sources told Fox News that the two were caught on separate occasions. Both were apprehended by Border Patrol and released.
