DNA collected in that case later matched Morin’s DNA. He spent 10 months traveling around the country until police arrested him in Oklahoma this week.

They arrested Christian Giovanni Inga-Landi, 25, after a group of citizens surrounded him and prevented him from leaving.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, have been charged with murder in the death of Joselyn Nungaray, city police said Thursday.
Both suspects crossed the border illegally through El Paso Sources told Fox News that both were apprehended by Border Patrol on separate occasions and released into the US.
Josslyn had sneaked out of her family’s apartment to call her 13-year-old boyfriend, who told police he heard two men’s voices. Surveillance video from a nearby 7-Eleven shows the men approach her and lead her toward a bridge, where police believe the murder took place.
His body was found in the drain below.
In Missouri, State police officers on Monday arrested five illegal immigrants accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl in Indiana.

The girl’s father reported her missing, and police traced the suspicious vehicle nearby to one of her phone pings.
Police found the girl safe in the back of the vehicle and arrested Mexican citizens Arturo Eustacio, 41; Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24; and Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19; as well as Honduras citizens Carlos Funez, 56, and Marlon Aguilar, 44.
All five men had entered the country illegally and were being held without bail. Kidnapping charges.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported 117,900 encounters at ports of entry along the U.S.-Mexico border in its monthly update on Thursday, a roughly 9% drop from the previous month.
