Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) fast bowler Mayank Yadav made a explosive start to the Indian Premier League (IPL), troubling the batsmen with his pace, consistently clocking over 150 kmph and leading his team to victory. LSG won the toss and decided to bat first. Quinton de Kock (54 runs in 38 balls with five fours and two sixes), captain Nicholas Pooran (42 runs in 21 balls with three fours and three sixes) and Krunal Pandya (43 runs in 22 balls with four fours and two sixes) *) Helped LSG reach 199/8 in 20 overs. Mohsin Khan also took two wickets for 34 runs.
LSG is placed fifth in the points table with two points after winning one match and losing one. PBKS are at sixth position with one win and two losses, giving them two points.
