“Yellowstone” star Cole Hauser is giving fans some insight into what the final episodes of the hit western will be like.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Hauser explained that the second installment of Season 5, which begins in November, will be “different from previous seasons.”

“Gosh, I just finished it literally 10 days ago, and I was thinking about what this season means,” Hauser said of filming the final episode. “It’s been a long seven years doing this show, and Taylor (Sheridan) is a really great writer, and he did a great job again of trying to wrap this thing up.”

“I don’t want a perfect presentation, that’s never the case with ‘Yellowstone,’ but it’s something very dramatic and very touching. It’s different from last season, for sure, but in a good way. So, I’m excited for the audience in the ‘Yellowstone’ world to see it and hopefully like it. That’s all you can hope for.”

Hauser played Rip Wheeler, a ruthless man in the Dutton family and the love interest of Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), in all five seasons of the show. kevin costner John Dutton, Rip’s boss and Beth’s father, but he will not be returning for the final “Yellowstone” episode. Hauser told Fox News Digital what it was like working with Costner for so many years.

“In my opinion, he’s one of those guys that comes to work and he’s always laid down wood. You know what I mean? He’s a guy that everybody looks up to or has looked up to,” Houser said. “I’ve enjoyed every minute of working with him.”

He added: “I love the cast though. Whether it’s Kelly Reilly, Luke Grimes, Gil Birmingham, Mo, Ian Bowman. They’re all really good actors.”

Hauser said working with Costner was a “wonderful experience” and that he hopes to work with him again “one day”.

Since Costner’s departure, rumors about a possible Season 6 of “Yellowstone” have been rife.

Sources told the outlet that no deal has been reached yet, but there are strong efforts to keep the show going after Costner’s exit. According to Deadline, Reilly and Hauser are working on continuing the Beth and Rip romance, but it was originally planned as a spin-off series.

Hauser spoke to Fox News Digital about these rumors, saying that he is a “hired gun” and does not have the authority to make all the decisions.

“I I can’t comment on that right now, but I mean, listen, in a perfect world, I think it would be amazing to see this thing happen, but there are a lot of different people involved in this decision,” Houser said.

“I’m a hired gun. I’m not a producer, I’m not a studio head, I’m just a hired gun. But I hope it happens. I really hope it happens because it would be fun,” Hauser concluded.

In addition to spending time shooting the final episode of “Yellowstone,” Hauser recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of Free Rein Coffee. To celebrate this milestone, Hauser’s coffee company teamed up with Walmart.

“I think one of the most amazing things is that whether it’s Montana, Texas, New York, you know, people in L.A., people love the beans and they love the roast. There’s something for everybody. We have so many different styles of coffee,” Hauser said.

Hauser told Fox News Digital that he decided to start his own company because he and His wife, Cynthia Daniel, They are both big “coffee lovers”. They said they both drink two to three cups of coffee before sending their kids to school.

The “Yellowstone” star and Daniels have been married since 2006 and have three children.
